I sent in some pictures of my 23 year old steps that were in need of some repair. Dale came out to get a closer look, provide a color match to the grout, explain the repair process, and write up an estimate. The next day Kim, the operations manager, called me, sent over the estimate and got me scheduled. A week or so later Amos, the brick mason, started working. He was very meticulous in grinding out the old mortar, cleaning out all the joints, resetting the anchor for my handrail and regrouting. It took a full day of work. He allowed the mortar to set for 3 days then returned to do slightly acidic detergent wash. This company was wonderful to work with and they did an excellent job.
Emerson Brothers did an amazing job redoing our front steps. They matched everything perfectly, from the brick to the exact mortar color, They also filled in missing mortar along the base perimeter of our house, and the results are absolutely pristine.When I was quoted by Dale, he was very knowledgeable and took the time to share that knowledge with me. Everyone we interacted with was unbelievably kind, and their customer service was top-notch. I couldn’t be happier with the experience and will definitely be turning to Emerson Brothers for any future brickwork needs. Highly recommend!
Emerson provided excellent workmanship and personal service. They cleaned up a previous repair and made the brick work and mortar joints much more symmetrical and matched existing brick. Would highly recommend.

We had been chasing a chimney leak for several years and dealt with multiple companies to try to get it repaired, to no avail. Emerson Bros. was our last resort before looking into having the chimney removed, which we did not want to do. From the moment Dale came to investigate the issue I could tell this was a professional and caring company that was determined to truly help us. After the repairs that Dale, Tony, and crew completed for us, we are thrilled to say our brick is dry and no longer leaking in the rain!
