We hired PCI to install an asphalt driveway at our home, but the next day, we noticed unsightly brown streaks on its surface. When we expressed our concerns to John, he dismissed them as merely the result of a dirty roller, and suggested using a power washer, which did not resolve the problem. After that, communication from him stopped, and we were directed to contact Kelly in their office. The only remedy he proposed was to have AP Asphalt apply a spray seal on the driveway, a few days after the work was completed. Conversations with other companies, sealing asphalt within the first year can trap essential chemicals, leading to issues like tire marks and cracking - issues John had previously acknowledged to us. As the owner of PCI, he should have taken the initiative to inspect the driveway and offer a clear solution, but instead, there was a lack of effort in addressing our concerns. Despite paying them in full, PCI has not delivered on its promise of quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. If you want a job done properly the first time, I recommend looking elsewhere, as I cannot endorse PCI.
