AMC911 Crawl Space & Foundation Repair

Daniel Ingram was amazing and communicated beyond my expectations for my Buyer's home inspection. My clients needed a last minute reinspection on an issue a for a home they were interested in buying. He was efficient and his report was thorough, most importantly, he gave several options starting with the most severely needed to make it easy on my clients and the seller. Edwin and Robert are amazing!! When they first arrived, they introduced themselves with a folder that contained a bio, information on the company, and copies of their licenses, insurance, and reviews from past customers. I was insanely impressed! They immediately got to work and were quick and efficient. After they were done, they clearly answered all my questions (which were A LOT, so I know they are masters in patience) and communicated exactly what the next steps were. Even when it came to financing our project, Edwin and Robert have both been extremely helpful in guiding us through the resources the company offers and our options. 1000/10 would recommend!

I had a really great experience working with Jordan Hedgepeth and his coworker. From the start, they were professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to talk to. They took the time to thoroughly exam and explain what was going on with my property in a way that actually made sense, which I really appreciated. What stood out most to me was how down to earth and personable they were. They didn’t make the process feel intimidating or overwhelming. We had a fantastic introduction to AMC911 through Edwin Ortiz. Edwin came out and listened to our concerns and patiently answered all of our questions. Though the one-to-one assessment was impressive, I was floored by the pre-work. We received an introductory call—which did not feel like another box being checked—and had the opportunity to share our issue over the phone.
