Inconsistent and only clears the parking spots the operators feel like clearing… even when all vehicles in the vicinity are moved. One operator even disobeys our community speed limit and has almost backed into us twice going MUCH faster than our posted 10km.

I recently ordered top soil from Canor. Ashley was professional and easy to deal with. She explained that they deliver off a list. After four days she called to let me know that the soil would not be delivered that week. I called back the next week and inquired and was told a truck was still not avail. They are doing a few very big jobs around town, so I understood my 3 cubic yards of top soil was not the priority. The next day I got a call around 7:30 a.m. to confirm I could be home. By 8:30 a.m. The operator called me to confirm and the soil was dropped off. Bonus is I paid for 3 cubic yards and received about 9. Only my back is complaining, not my wallet and we have enough soil to last us the rest of our lifetime! The topsoil delivered appears to be very good quality. I had 1 fist size rock out of 9 cubic yards which is incredible. Delivery was exactly on target. If you need your soil in a hurrry you would need to go with a smaller contractor of niche soil delivery company. Very good value

City hired this contractor for a municipal project/contract and this was by far the most unprofessional company in North Bay. It began with the contractor purposely parking their excavator in my privacy hedge, causing irreparable damage to my 25+ year old hedges. When I approached a worker for Canor by the name of Tyler he responded with an obscene amount of swear words after I kindly asked him if they could move their equipment and not try and purposely damage my property. I was blown away that Canor's response was to swear at me when I respectfully requested they not damage my property further. I contacted the city and complained. What came next was astonishing, everyday the Canor crew would show up to work around my property and use swear words like they were going out of style. They would yell expletives because I had complained, as if they were celebrating the use of swear words around my 4yr old child. I again spoke to the city who hired this contractor and they did nothing. I then reached out to Canor directly about the obscenities and the excuse I got was these guys don't make a lot of money so it's to be expected. I explained to the supervisor at Canor that I have a 4yr old daughter who is learning all sorts of new colourful words because Canor employees can't be respectful and it needs to stop. Nothing changed, it actually got worse as Canor employees were now yelling swear words at the top of their lungs to try and further terrorize me and my family. I had to contact the police and the police came to the job site to explain to the contractor that they will be charged with causing a disturbance if the use of expletives continues. Canor is pathetic! When trying to address an issue they caused they couldn't care less, only once they were going to get charged did things change. That shows a serious lack of integrity on Canor's part.

Nothing bad to say. I enquired about a service which they could provide. I simply found a cheaper solution which worked out great. Aside from that the staff I spoke with were great, friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely will consider giving them a call in the future.

Had topsoil delivered. Dispatcher was friendly and easy to deal with. Driver put the material exactly where I wanted it. The quality of soil was amazing. I shoveled 20 yards of it and found 2 rocks. There were a few big clumps scattered throughout the load.
