This is the second home that I have owned that I have used American Structure for foundation work. They are easy to work with and very experienced in structure repair. Julio and his team did an excellent job. They were very kind and left the job sight clean. I highly recommend them.
This company is top notch at their expertise. I hired them to do some challenging foundation work as well as a separate trench drain project to divert water. Very impressed with the work American Structure provided after dealing with backyard water drainage issues for some time. Thanks to Will, Guillermo, and their team for the prompt quote and installation of the pump and french drain. Will was very knowledgeable and answered all my many questions and concerns. Guillermo went a step further to ensure that my yard looked great after all the digging. American Structure were efficient and professional. Darrell Graves evaluated my crawl space and came up with a detailed plan on what needed to be done with pictures and pricing. I feel like the price was reasonable for the work being done. Within 2 weeks of the evaluation the crew was working on my project. The crew under the direction of Guillermo were excellent. The project was completed in a timely fashion and I could not be more pleased with the outcome.
