Overland concrete exceeded our expectations for our driveway and sidewalk replacements. The driveway and sidewalk look great. Work was completed as contracted with no issues. The onsite crew was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and concerns during construction. The construction project completion was quick and cleanup was minimal.
Our entire experience with Overland Concrete redoing a sloped and crumbling driveway was professional and top-notch. They discussed options with us and provided a detailed and fair estimate, along with a list of homes they had worked on. They gave us plenty of advance notice on the start date and, despite a complicated project (4 driveway layers to remove), they finished the project on time and on budget.Most important, the appearance of the driveway upon completion really exceeded our expectations. If you can call a driveway lovely, it was! The surface finish, trim, and overall appearance are beautiful and the new driveway has enhanced the curb appeal of our house - plus it has made the sloping drive safer. We're so happy with the work completed by Overland Concrete to replace our driveway and front steps. We wanted a redesign of the front steps and Pat (the owner) made sure that the new design was executed perfectly. Everyone on the project did the hard work needed to lay the concrete and an excellent job cleaning up the job site every day. They were also very pleasant to work with.
We got a couple estimates and believe this company fairly priced their work. After they completed their work, we were ecstatic. They put some small touches that just makes us love our driveway. Each square of the driveway has an textural edge that makes it look so good. We knew when we consulted with the gentleman who gave us our estimate, that they were very knowledgeable. Another company had suggested a drainage solution and they explained another way to do it that would be better. They were very professional and polite. They always took time to answer our questions. Communication with the workers and the office was clear , detailed seamless. They kept things picked up and were very efficent.Just could not be happier!
Overland Concrete just replaced my driveway and front sidewalk and I couldn't be more pleased. From my first call with Marie setting up my estimate to Ivan the foreman on my project. Everyone was so knowledgeable, friendly and the attention to detail was just amazing! I was also very happy with the protection of my house and yard. They put up plastic to keep splatters off my siding, they put down plywood in the yard to limit the damage to my grass and they were very careful around my garage doors. I have been wanting to have my driveway replaced for years and finally saved up the money. I wanted colored concrete to complement my house and it looks great. My old driveway was really flat and had a pond in the middle. I couldn't be more happy with how things turned out. No more puddles ! I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a job done right!
