PTTC was the 4th contractor I asked about putting a drywell into my garage to keep water from wet cars puddling. I wasn’t impressed by any of the other three. Jordan (PTTC Concrete owner), Moses (foreman) and their team were truly a pleasure to work with! Jordan’s work estimate was very competitive and by far the most detailed and comprehensive. His team treated our property as if it were their own, being extremely careful to not damage any grass/landscaping and clean up the job site upon completion. Every phase of the project (prep, dirt work, forms, concrete pour, finishing, tear down, cleanup) was executed flawlessly. Jordan communicated often throughout the project with pertinent updates. I highly recommend Jordan and will be using his services again when we replace our crumbling driveway!
These guys are honest, professional and get it done! They were the lowest bid by just a little, which helps as well. Very nice guys and they are great to deal with. They are doing a retaining wall as well, standby! You need concrete work these are the guys! One of the workers stayed well into dark. Had to use headlights from his car to see. He wanted it perfect and it is. We'll done guys!
Jordan and his crew are top notch! I had a very old deck that needed to be replaced with a new outdoor living space. From my initial inquiry to job completion, the communication has been fantastic and everything was done extremely well.The first phase included removal of my old deck, site prep, and installation of a new stamped/colored 17' x 35' concrete patio. Jordan helped us evaluate our options to achieve the look & feel we were after in our rural wooded setting. Given we're situated near a salmon spawning stream, he showed up on the pour day with a super cool touch for consideration - a salmon stamp to accent the outer edge of the new patio. We love it!As we progressed, it was clear that I'd need to deal with the slope on the one side. Jordan proposed a short retaining wall and completely replaced the old drainpipe, which was the perfect solution for this space.Phase 2 will start soon with the construction of a patio roof tied into the house. Jordan coordinated with that contractor to ensure the concrete footings were located and sized appropriately based on the load calculations. I highly recommend Jordan and PTTC Concrete LLC!
