We had a full backyard redesign with Sta-Built Construction and we couldn't be more happy with the project. Scott, our project manager, was easy to reach by phone or text and was on site regularly. He is just an all around great person! The crew doing the work were very professional easy to communicate with and cleaned up every day. We will definitely choose Sta-Built for any future projects.
I can’t say enough good things about Sta-built. Our sales person, Dan Spath, was informative and friendly and presented with no pressure. Our project manager, Scott Hawn was on hand to set up the crew in the morning and made sure they had everything they needed. Frankie, Scott’s assistant, was on hand every morning that Scott wasn’t and sat down with us to answer any questions. The crew was there every morning on time or early and worked extremely hard all day until dark. They also answered any questions we had. Cheyenne in the office made it easy to pay on line and was very helpful. We couldn’t be happier with the beautiful driveway and each of the people that made it happen. Thank you, Linda and Fred Cook

We had an amazing experience with our design consultant Zach and our project manager Jesse. The communication and professionalism from design to completion was outstanding.They were adaptable with design and installation implementation changes .The team of workers that did the installation had immense pride in their work and their attention to detail was evident throughout our project.Frankie, Jose, did an incredible job with the stonework. We could not be more pleased with the outcome and will be our first call for future projects.
Daniel, my Design Consultant, is very personable and provided me a brochure on a variety of products. He explained clearly how pavers would be installed, and I believe this to be the most professional and enduring product. I struggle to get rid of voles and moles on my property, and they guaranteed this will work. I’m impressed with the 15-year warranty.Though the Project Managers, Ben, and Chase, were not on site the whole time, they were effective and communicative over the phone as needed. The team of 5 builders did not need someone looking over them for them to be doing their job right, because they knew what they were doing. They were a well-orchestrated team, almost dance-like. There were no arguments. Nobody stood around looking like they needed something to do. They are a happy group of men! And they made me feel welcome and comfortable when a change order was required by me, and we quickly solved my problem. They bent over backwards to make me happy!The highly qualified Office Staff, Sena, and Emily were always available and supportive when I had a question. They always had their facts straight.I'm over the moon happy for how easy-going my project was, and how good looking and functional my new “terrace” turned out!I thank the whole Sta-Built team for a job well done. They listened to me, and I feel well cared for.
