I want to compliment your customer service department! I called with a minor complaint, not really worth even mentioning. After I hung up I felt like a real “Karen”!Not ten minutes later I was contacted back by the nicest man who assured me the ‘problem’ had been taken care of, and made sure I was aware of what exactly happened.They could have very easily brushed me off as another crazy complainer, but instead assured me that my concern was valid and made sure to follow up and finish the job with class.If this is the way they handle all their business, they have a new customer for life! The care and consideration they showed to someone who is not even a paying customer was really impressive, I can’t wait to use this services!!

If residential home owner save your time as they shared they prioritize commercial projects.Kehm was recommended by a fellow board member. Called numerous times and they visited our property last summer after multiple calls they said they were no longer doing residential masonry due to commercial opportunities being much more profitable try next year. Called again this spring and told they added additional workers to address residential demand.They came to our house to give bid on fireplace and general masonry work. They stated they wanted to do the jobs. No follow up or return calls. Disappointing as I had really hoped to hire them to restore our historic property
