These people are very professional and thorough and pleasant to have around. Both Rob, who did the inspection and gave me the estimate, and the crew of Juan, Eric, and Derek arrived right on time or even a little early. They explained everything to me clearly and thoroughly. They let me know when they expected to finish and provided photos and video of what they found under my house and the work that they did there

They completed the work in only two days rather than they expected three days. They cleaned up after themselves to perfection. They took an interest in my house and in me. They even left some materials that they thought I might need in the future if I had further work done by other people

I can’t think of anything that they could have done to improve my experience.

Groundworks came out with foreman Roger and Santos to fix two footers under the house that were failing. The whole process from when the inspector came out to provide an estimate to work being completed was stress free. The foreman communicated well and they did a great job making the footers look nice. Definitely will use them again. I wish i had heard about them sooner (initially contracted with ram jack pacific- waited over a month to get a start job date. Finally cancelled with ram jack after getting the runaround once again and groundworks was able to come out and schedule the job the following week).

Shane was also very knowledgable on the foundation topic. I know enough about foundations and it was clear he knew a lot about the topic and he wasn’t just there to land a sale. The entire crew just seemed to care, and i appreciated that. Competent and kind. What else can you ask for with a contractor?

I had an excellent experience working with Mike, the CFI, and Oscar, the Foreman, from Groundworks. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough.

Mike took the time to carefully inspect everything and clearly explain the issues and recommended solutions. He was honest, patient, and made sure I fully understood the process without feeling pressured. His expertise and attention to detail gave me complete confidence in the project.

Oscar and his crew were just as impressive. He managed the job efficiently, kept everything organized, and maintained clear communication throughout. The team worked hard, kept the area clean, and completed the work on schedule. Oscar made sure everything was done right and didn’t cut corners.

Groundworks exceeded my expectations on the amount of lift they were able to achieve on my single family home and also their level of customer service.

One part of my home had an approximate 5” elevation difference from level. You could definitely feel and see a significant sloping when you walked into the house. Groundworks Foreman (Manuel Conejo) told me at project start he would strive for max lift, but also advised me that 5” might not be possible with structure damage, etc. i appreciated his honesty and communication! In the end… we got 4” of lift! I was and am so incredibly happy. Now when you enter the house, there is no apparent sloping or elevation change. It’s like a normal level house!

All throughout the two week process that was longer than normal due to heavy rains, Manuel kept me abreast of project status via texts and phone calls. The communication was great!

Manuel Conejo, Edgar Gonzalez and Roberto Brito Santana are a great team and did an amazing job installing 19 push piers around my home and then injecting foam to fill voids.

I highly recommend GW and this specific team. This was a best in class experience for me. I did my due diligence talking to four different companies and am super happy that I chose Groundworks. They were definitely the right choice.
