I was helping out a neighbor who had a pipe/drain problem and couldn't figure out the issue. Allto was called and when they came Carl figured out the problem. He had amazing customer service and answered every question we asked with professionalism and care. He pumped the septic tank and gave expert advice on how to best maintain the septic system moving forward. My neighbor followed his advice and now their issue is fully resolved. Carl really saved the day and for this reason Allto gets 5 stars and it would be 10 if there was an option.

Had a septic emergency on the weekend, called many companies and was left completely unimpressed- most couldn’t be bothered to even call back. Finally called Allto expecting the same, but instead I was met with great customer service- right from their office staff, to the staff who came out to my home that same day!
