We used Bachly for a flood in my parents' basement because they were the recommended contractor by the insurance company, and we are so glad we used them. All staff were very communicative, compassionate to our circumstances and the job took less time that initially quoted. My dad has dementia and can be hard to deal with, the contractors coming in and out of the house, were so sweet with him getting in their way and continued to act super professional and did a great job! You can't even tell that there was a flood down there. We will definitely keep them in mind for any future renovations!

But Bachly Construction exceeded my expectations at every step of the way. From assessment of the job, timing, the quote, rearranging the work schedule to accommodate my needs, and the actual work itself, I was beyond impressed. I had damage to my ceiling and walls due to a winter storm, and now my kitchen looks as good as new. I also want to say the cleanup crew was amazing -- not a speck of drywall dust left anywhere in my house and they even fluffed my sofa cushions! I highly recommend Bachly and they will be the only people I call for future projects.

Although I was only a tenant, Bachly was great to deal with from top to bottom, start to finish. From the first meeting, I was pleasantly surprised that they showed up on time, as I'm accustomed to contractors coming very late with no notice. The Bachly team were an amazing group of people. The office staff were so helpful and informative and professional. The workers that came out as well as the project manager were all so polite and considerate. The work was done in a timely fashion and looks great. Everything was cleaned up and you wouldn't know they had been to my house. I highly recommend Bachly Construction for any house repairs or renovations you may need.
