I kept calling this company to get an estimate. After several attempts, someone finally answered and said they would call me back, but they never did. I called again the next day, and I was told they were busy before they abruptly hung up.Based on my experience, the communication and customer service were unprofessional. If it's this difficult to get an estimate, I would be concerned about the level of service after the job is completed if any issues arise.This experience gave me the impression of a handyman mindset rather than a professional contractor. I would recommend looking for a company that values communication and customer service.

We used AV Concrete Works for a large concrete/brick project that had a lot of detail work. It involved demolition, soil removal, relocation of sprinkler valves, extensive brick work to match existing brick, and new concrete, and more. Work included a new large patio in the front yard, a sidewalk connecting the new front patio to the old back patio, a new walkway from the back patio to the pool, and an extension of our existing pool decking to create a poolside covered sitting area. Daniel was a true pleasure to work with, and his price was very fair. He understood my vision and the scope of the work needed. His coordination of materials and workers was done very professionally and timely. Our project took 17 days to complete. We are very happy with the quality and look of all the new hardscaping. I highly recommend Daniel Soto and AV Concrete Works for any/all your hardscaping needs.
