I had a great experience working with ALR, they fixed the sidewalk for us. The owner is very professional & accommodating. Great work ethic, very prompt and left the working area clean after. When my mom had to have her sewer pipe excavated in the backyard, part of her stone patio had to be dug up. I wasn’t sure I could find someone who would do a partial replacement, but I found ALR Masonry after a Google search. They had the best reviews, so I reached out. Alban got back to me right away and went to my mom’s house the same day to take a look. He said they could do it—no problem. The crew came yesterday, and when I saw the patio that afternoon, the entire thing looked brand new!! It looks amazing!! Even though they “just” replaced the missing section, they applied a sand finish on top, so everything looks uniform. My mom loves it and is so happy with the result! I highly recommend them!!!
ALR Masonry was a great company to work with. In an age filled with few call-backs, ALR answered the phone call, gave me an estimate on same day and performed a full repointing on my front stoop within a single week. The work was excellent and performed by courteous staff members. It was a hassle free project and I will surely be using them again for my next masonry project.
Alban and his crew were fantastic! They showed up on time, were respectful, worked efficiently and kept the job site clean. Our job was a rather small one (10 x13 paver patio) and the crew of 4 completed it in about 6 hours. Everything was right about Alban...the quality, the time it took to get the job scheduled (5 days) and completed, and the price. I like a job done correctly, with old school artistry and quality, and Alban was exactly that. We live in a 1920's Colonial in Hawthorne, Like many of the homes built in that time, it had a dirt floor under the porch. I contacted ALR Masonry to dig out, pour a slab, reface foundation, and redo front steps. Alban came over and gave we a very fair estimate for all the work needed to be done. A month later, he and his crew spent 2 weeks completing the job on time and on budget. Everyone at ALR Masonry was very professional, easy to work with and are TRUE masons. When we added additional work to build a stone planter and continue brick patio, the guys stayed to complete the job. I would HIGHLY recommend ALR for any of your masonry needs. Thank You
