We needed to replace a tall retaining wall that sat up against the house; the new wall ended up leaving a sizeable gap between the house and wall. I did a Google search and reached out to Kastriot about the job, he responded right away with a quote and timeframe. He was able to match my house brick perfectly and the finished job looks amazing, better than the rest of the house! Mr. Maloku, who has 30 years experience as a foreman at his previous company before he started his own company, did an outstanding job. His work far exceeded my expectation. When I was looking for a contractor to repair my 70 year old chimney that was dropping bricks onto my roof, I had gotten several estimates, the cost was through the roof. One of them tried to sell me saying they had more experience than other locations. I was thinking, who can you trust? I liked that the owner of European Masonry Kastriot Maloku was trained in Italy and espouses old world craftsmanship. His bid was fair, he performed the work in a timely fashion, just as he promised. He communicated well throughout the entire process and cleaned the site thoroughly at the end. Again, I am amazed at what an outstanding job he and his company did. Thank you Mr. Maloku for an excellent job that shows skill and craftsmanship that any master stonemason would be proud of.
Kastriot and his crew are top notch. I have hired them multiple times since 2018 and each job has been done on time, to budget and to an excellent standard of quality. I always refer him to anyone looking to have masonry work done. Best thing about him is he is also a stand up guy, if I could rate 10 stars I would.
Kastriot restored a 105 year old fireplace at my home that had been painted over 40 years ago. The exposed marble really changes the space and he did a beautiful job.I had a number of bids but Kastriot was the only person who actually tested the paint chips to game out his work process. We are very satisfied and would 100% recommend him.
