I had a great experience with Rock Solid Concrete and highly recommend them. I worked directly with Charlie, the owner, and he explained everything in detail from start to finish. We received several quotes, and his pricing was very reasonable compared to the others. However, what really sold me was how thorough he was throughout the process.I prefer to be in the know when having work done, and Charlie took the time to explain what needed to be done, why it mattered, and what to expect. He never made the conversation feel rushed and answered any and all questions I had. He was upfront, honest, and thorough, which gave me a lot of confidence moving forward.The crew worked quickly, professionally, and did quality work. They explained the curing process, made sure we knew not to drive on it for a week, and cleaned up the area nicely once everything was complete. Overall, communication was excellent, the process was smooth, and the finished product turned out great. I would definitely recommend Rock Solid Concrete.
We can’t say thank you enough to Charlie and his team. We had an existing small amount of decking around our pool, but wanted to expand the space before installing a new fence.When assessing the project, Charlie had the experience and knowledge to talk through the scope of the project with us and consider what would be best for our next steps of fence install. During the build, he mocked up the molds for us to see how it would look, and did some last minute modifications based on our feedback. He not only listened to us about what we wanted, but gave really wise feedback about would options would produce the best result. Even better, he had the best prices by a wide margin. We’ll absolutely be using him again!
Charlie and his team did a great job. They quoted a very fair and reasonable price to redo a fairly large section of concrete coating in our back yard pool area. Their supplier actually gave them 1 bucket out of several that was different, but told them it would work the same. It did not, and Charlie had his guys come back and redo the section that was different. Great work and even better service. Would refer him and we will have him bid future projects for sure.
I hired Rock Solid Concrete to pour an 8x12 concrete slab for a shed in my backyard, and working with Charlie was outstanding.Before finding Rock Solid, I actually hired another contractor because their price was a little lower. Unfortunately the slab they poured ended up out of square and badly sloped, making it unusable for a structure. Thankfully I got my money back, but it was a frustrating lesson that cheaper isn’t always better.When I contacted Charlie at Rock Solid Concrete, the difference was immediate. He came out in person to inspect the site, explained the grading and prep work, and walked me through how they would ensure the slab was level, square, and reinforced with rebar.Charlie was personally involved throughout the project and even sent photos and updates during the process, which gave me a lot of confidence in the work being done.The finished slab is perfectly level and professionally done, exactly what you want when placing a shed on top.If you’re looking for a Phoenix concrete contractor for a slab, patio, or shed foundation, I highly recommend Rock Solid Concrete.
