I would highly recommend Julian and his team. We had a shed that we converted into a casita. We were violated by county and told we needed to add a permanent foundation to it. It needed to be done by a certain date or we would be fined. I searched for so long for someone to do the foundation but for some reason I was told by multiple companies that they could not do it. I was so stressed.
When Julian told me that he would be able to help me, I burst into tears. They were so kind and exceeded my expectations. So grateful for them.

Julian and his crew have been great in helping us create a beautiful back yard, patios, fire pit and block fence. He is great with being true to his word with timing and price. We strongly recommend them

Have you ever had a construction crew you wished could stay forever? Most people haven’t—but 1C39 Construction is the rare exception. Their expertise, professionalism, work ethic, and consistently positive attitude set them apart in a crowded field of contractors.
Julian, his brother Weddo, and their father Adam form the core team, and they bring in additional workers who share the same pride in their craft. Their concrete and framing work is exceptional, and the care they take—both in execution and in how they treat your property—shows every single day.
I’ll miss seeing their smiling faces each day and am genuinely sad to see them wrap their portion of our project. If you need skilled, reliable framers or concrete specialists, hire 1C39 Construction without hesitation. They are the real deal.

I couldn’t be happier with the work this company did! Their craftsmanship is excellent, and every detail of their concrete and framing work was done with care and precision. Beyond their amazing work, their crew was incredibly professional—always on time and leaving the job site clean and tidy after finishing each day.
Julian, who runs the company, is fantastic to work with. He’s not only friendly and approachable but also incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He made sure all my questions were answered and kept everything running smoothly from start to finish.
If you’re looking for a reliable, skilled, and customer-focused concrete and framing team, look no further. Highly recommend them for any project!
