Richard Construction Masonry LLC

I recently discovered Richard’s Construction on Instagram while searching for a contractor to handle stucco work on my block fence and complete the fence itself. Upon reaching out, Richard promptly responded and scheduled a visit to my home. During this initial consultation, he provided a clear pricing structure and an estimated project timeline, which immediately gave me confidence in his professionalism and transparency. Once Richard and his team began the stucco work, I was genuinely impressed by their craftsmanship. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations, showcasing their attention to detail and commitment to excellence. It quickly became evident that Richard’s skill set extended beyond just stucco application. Due to my satisfaction with the initial project, I entrusted Richard with additional tasks, including stucco work on my driveway concrete and exterior painting of my home. Each project was completed with the same high standard of workmanship. The results were not only aesthetically pleasing but also durable, demonstrating Richard’s expertise across multiple facets of construction and finishing. Richard’s professionalism stood out throughout the entire process. He maintained clear communication, ensured adherence to timelines, and managed his team effectively. His outstanding craftsmanship, professionalism, and integrity make Richard’s Construction a trustworthy choice for anyone seeking superior results in their home or property enhancements.

Richard came out to give us an estimate and was very courteous and professional. We read some of the reviews of previous clients and we were sold. The crew were also very professional and neat. My wife and I are very happy we selected Richard’s Construction Masonry for our home. We can’t thank you enough Richard. Check out the before and after pictures

These guys are the best in town! Very professional, quick to respond and their work is beautiful and reasonably priced. I called them to raise the height of two block walls. Richard came out for a free consult and was super professional. They went above and beyond, turned the once-ugly cracked walls into works of art, and I’m beyond happy with their work. I’d call them any time again.

Ricardo and his crew are professional, deliver top notch work, and at a great value. He provided a date several weeks in advance. Showed up on that date, finished demo, concrete, rebar on Day 1, then all 120 linear feet of block posts and walls on Day 2. New gate was installed 36 hrs later. The quality of the workmanship surpassed expectations. Ricardo may look young - and, he 100% knows what he is doing!

We live in the area of Tempe that was hit really hard with a Microburst in October. I searched and reviewed many companies online. Richard Construction Masonry stood out, and after calling Richard for an estimate on a shared block wall and back fence that went down in the storm, his first impression was quite impressive. He was very professional and understanding as we were working with our neighbor, and insurance companies as well. From the knowledge he displayed at the time of our walk and estimate I knew I wanted to hire this young man and his company to do the work. The crew was very respectful and humble, worked very hard as a team. The crew also kept a clean and safe work environment as well as removed any trash or debris at the end of each day. The whole team was challenged on demo day because of rain, and had rescheduling throughout the week as it kept raining. Richard stayed in contact and kept his word to his scheduling as they also had other jobs that had to be rescheduled, but they were able to complete the process in a timely manner. I recommend this company to anybody that needs masonry work, I will be giving them more jobs in the future. Thank you Richard!
