This was the 3rd project Chip and his crew have done for us over the years. I am very pleased with the outcome of this project. All work was done very well and in a timely manner. Going forward I would highly recommend Nicholas Construction for your project and will certainly use them for our future projects.
I honestly think Nicholas Concrete may be the best concrete contractor in the area. Chip and his crew did a large project for us that included stamped and colored concrete, a retaining wall, and an added basketball section that extended the original plan. The finished product is beautiful, and it completely changed how we can use that part of our property.What stood out most was the combination of quality, flexibility, and fairness. Chip was patient as I worked through ideas, layout details, basketball hoop placement, drainage logistics, and a few add-ons along the way. He was willing to adapt the plan without making it feel like every change was going to become a major cost issue. They also handled a lot of extra site prep and drainage rerouting that came up during the project, and the pricing always felt more than fair. Not the cheapest option, but this is exactly the kind of project where you get what you pay for.The crew was excellent - professional, hardworking, here early every day, and always easy to have around. The area was obviously a construction zone by the end, but they came back with soil and mushroom compost, reseeded everything, and left it looking better and cleaner than before.I would recommend Nicholas Concrete wholeheartedly. If you are on the fence, look at the big picture and go with results you will not regret.

His workers are ALL respectful/hard working & work so well together. His prices are very fair and quality of work can’t be matched.
