We were incredibly impressed with TOA Concrete. We used them for the replacement of the sidewalk along our street that was impacted by tree roots.They were prompt with quotes (which was very competitive) and included a video walk through of the scope of work. They also handled all permitting with the City of Portland and inspections and were communicative, keeping us up to date on the timeline and permitting progress.They were accurate with the overall timeline and they kept the job site safe for pedestrians.Would highly recommend them!

Tasi and his team did a great job! Super communicative, gave us a quote and adjusted as needed, timely and, most importantly, our driveway looks awesome! He was even super honest about needing some drainage and was able to connect us with other contractors to help with that work. We’ll definitely be calling them again for future concrete needs.
I had my driveway, widened and redone with a retaining wall added, as well as a second driveway approach and a walkway and I could not be happier with the job that was done!
