Best concrete finishing company in Quebec City. If my memory serves me right, the company has 30 or 40 years of history and three generations of the same family work tirelessly there every day. Individual clients probably don't know this, but Ciment Expert pours the majority of slabs for multi-story buildings in Quebec City. I've been a client for 15 years and I keep coming back. The negative reviews are undoubtedly from the competition, people who are unfamiliar with this industry, or people who expect unrealistic results or perfect work without doing all the necessary preparation and maintenance. I've hired Ciment Expert for at least 300 to 500 projects, and the only mistake I can recall was forgetting to cancel a concrete truckload—a very minor error in this field. The cost of this oversight, which had no impact, was covered by Ciment Expert without any hassle. In short, I recommend them without hesitation.
The after-sales service is appalling...!! The patio has peeled everywhere, and it's not their fault. They try to shift the blame to the concrete company, then to the powder company... and ultimately, nothing is done to resolve the issue. Even a formal notice after consulting with specialists didn't budge them!! We're stuck with their shoddy and expensive work. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!!
