I moved into a new house and the sidewalk and front steps were not sealed properly. This made them very slippery to walk on which unfortunately caused my mom to slip and fall. When I explained to Mike what happened he made time in his busy schedule and was over to complete the job very quickly at a very reasonable rate. It’s nice to work with someone that cares. He made sure to add extra grit to the sealant to ensure no one would slip again. I would highly recommend Mike.
We hired Mike’s Concrete Sealing to reseal our concrete driveway. We scheduled a date and time and he was prompt arriving. He discussed the process for the work and the estimated time to complete the job and started immediately.In our discussion he mentioned one of the most important aspects was properly cleaning the driveway before applying the sealant The better job with cleaning it the better it wood look after the sealant was applied..He spent close to 3 hours cleaning our driveway with a pressure washer and we only have an average sized driveway. You could see the difference in the driveway from the cleaning and the old sealant removed.He spent approximately 2 1/2 hours applying the sealant and was very meticulous.and ensured no sealant was accidentally applied to our yard or house areas adjacent to the driveway. It was obvious from watching him work he takes pride in doing a good job. After he was done he also went to the effort of sweeping the road side to remove all of the dirt and other materials washed to the curb from cleaning our driveway.The driveway looks great and given the time spent and materials used the price was extremely reasonable. We would highly recommend Mike and plan to use him again when the driveway needs to be re-done in a couple years.
