We had Artistic remove our old cedar siding & apply new acrylic stucco, some stacked stone & also patched the parging. They worked very quickly & did a great job. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking to update their house.
Landon and his crew were absolutely amazing and very professional! His estimate on when the job would be done was almost spot on! (can't control the weather). It took a few stucco color samples, but Landon made sure the color was what we wanted and the people in the crew were always open to discussion to make sure we were happy with their work! Over all, even though they did a little extra on the basement, in repairing the existing parging, we paid less than the original quote! What a nice surprise! It was by chance, but we are so glad that we were referred to them. Would highly recommend!
Overall terrific experience with Landon and his team! Friendly, polite, accommodating, gave great and helpful suggestions and ideas of colours and things that would look good on our house to complete the look that we were going for. They were always here early, ready to work, worked hard, efficiently and with precision! They are so good at what they do! And go above and beyond!The parging on our house looks incredible! How did I forget to give Artistic Masonry & Stucco a huge shout-out here?! In the spring/summer of 2021 Artistic worked their stucco magic on our old three-story office on the edge of the downtown area. Apo and his crew did an amazing job from beginning to end. He kept in touch with me so I knew what to expect throughout the process and they worked quickly and efficiently to get our building stripped down, fixed up, insulated and stuccoed. It was also a great relief to have Artistic line up their sub-contractors for electricity because that saved me from trying to juggle timelines of when things were needed, and that saved me (and Apo) a lot of stress and headaches. Like any project, there were a few bumps along the way, but Apo was always willing to listen and make things work to my favour. Apo and Artistic did top-quality work and I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone in the market for stucco work.
