Terrible service. Left my drawings with a guy named John to do a takeoff and order me brick, stone a nd sil. Told me by the end of day. Tried calling him for 2 weeks with no response. Guess my little 800sq/ft pool cabana was not enough profit. Call Allstone and ask for Ken! Great service there!
I was surprise to get such a horrible service yesterday (May 17, 2023) at your location. I bought bag of cement , presented invoice to the employee and was expected that the guys will load cement to the car (which was always happened before!!!!!!) BUT THESE TWO GUYS INSTEAD OF HELPING - WERE STAYING AND YAPPING AMONG THEMSELF !!!! They knew I was staying and waiting ..... Finally I end up talking to the manager !!! - her response was : "...she is carrying for sale and she doesn't care what is going on in the loading zone.....!!!!".This is not a good style of serving customers! Thats why I am giving just 1 star....As you do not have option to respond on your answer, so I am editing existed review: once again - i was waiting with paid invoice and CALLING guys who were staying and yapping, they saw me !!!! then I WAS LOADING THIS BAG OF CEMENT TO THE CAR WITHOUT THEIR HELP!!! (before i was dealing with excellent guy and never had any problem !!!) And after explaining situation to the manager (Gloria), she responded that it s not her responsibility around loading zone!!After all that, these two guys were arguing with me ... not loaded cement.... AND STILL YAPPING !!!IF YOUR BUSINESS MODEL IS NOT INCLUDING CUSTOMER SATISFACTION... THEN GOOD LUCK !!!!ps. no one has gods to apologize.....
