I strongly advise against hiring White Tiger Construction (Ehsan) for any concrete work. He handled a simple job — pouring a flat, level pad for my swim spa — very poorly. The day after the pour, water was pooling in multiple areas. When I asked him to address it, he kept dismissing my concern and saying I was being “too sensitive.”After insisting that the pad was not level, he eventually came back and added another thin layer to “fix” it, which bubbled up literally the next day. When I asked him to repair it properly, he told me I would have to pay more to have it redone. Only after that did he claim the issue was caused by the wood he had used for framing, saying it had bent; which, in my opinion, is not an acceptable explanation for a professional concrete job.After installing and filling the swim spa, a large crack appeared across the middle of the pad. I hired him based on his positive reviews and the high price he charged, expecting quality work. Unfortunately, the result was disappointing, and his attitude toward feedback was unacceptable. Don’t be misled by the positive reviews, my experience was the complete opposite.I will also be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Canada regarding the workmanship and customer service I experienced.
