Mark from RVA concrete poured me a slab for a detached garage. The project came out fantastic and the price was very competitive. One of the best things about Mark is that he communicates well, which the other guys don't seem to do. I can't recommend him enough.
Not only were my wife and I thrilled with the results of our driveway project, but also with the special attention Mark and his crew paid to to us during all phases of this work. Mark and his team were great to work with. During the design and planning phase, Mark offered several options for accomplishing the goal of our project while avoiding damage to tree roots and the existing landscape on our property. This required several rounds of back-and-forth communication during which Mark was polite and timely with responses. The design we ultimately settled upon required that Mark and his team use materials and processes that they had not used before. I appreciate that he did not hesitate to "think outside the box" to ensure we were pleased with the results. Mark set realistic expectations for the time needed to complete the work and then stuck to his timetable. There were no surprises during the work and Mark and his team were respectful of our property. I have received several compliments about the results and at least one of my neighbors interrupted Mark during the work to inquire about his availability for a similar project.
Mark is fantastic to work with while developing a project! I changed my mind 3 times over the course of a few weeks and each time he responded swiftly and sent me a new quote same day. During the project he communicated daily and even put in hours over the weekend due to inclement weather. Would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for a concrete/construction project!
