Reinhard came by for an assessment and was excellent to work with. He was on time, patient, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain that the issue was not something we needed to worry about and even showed us a few quick fixes we could do ourselves. I really appreciated that he was honest and didn’t try to sell unnecessary work. If we ever need concrete work done in the future, we will definitely go with them.
We couldn’t be more thrilled with the exceptional service provided by Dave and Jay. They were incredibly polite, courteous, and professional throughout the entire process. Not only did they take the time to thoroughly explain each step, but they also patiently answered all of my questions with enthusiasm. Their passion for their craft is evident, and their willingness to share their expertise made the experience truly outstanding.Dave and Jay surpassed any contractors we’ve worked with in the past, delivering a level of service that is rare in today’s world. Their dedication and professionalism made this an unforgettable experience, and we highly recommend them to anyone seeking top-tier service. Thank you for going above and beyond!
Reinhard and the Level Best Concrete team did something we didn;t think was possible... They over-delivered when we thought this couldn't be a better experience. Blown away by how fast and amazing this all is -- and grateful we can use our walkway outside without having anyone trip and fall over uneven concrete. Extremely grateful to everyone at Level Best! Thank you!!!
Reinhard (owner) visited and gave an estimate of the job on Monday, quote was email on Tuesday. Reinhard was on time, experience and very knowledgeable. The quote compare to other poly lift company was competitive and fair. The advantage of this company is they offer 10 years of warranty for their polyurethane foam injection compare to others who average around 3 to 5 years. They have been in business for almost 10 years and the technicians are experience ~4 years and do about 300+ lift a year. The two technicians Dave and Jay came the a week later on Friday and finish the job in about ~3 hours. Lifted about 1.5 inches and 2.5 inches drop of my concrete pathway. As a courtesy, Dave helps realign the gate door. Super friendly and knowledgeable technician.Highly recommend this company if you need your concrete lifted!Thank youD
Let me first start off by saying everyone was super friendly. And everything was completed in a timely manner. That being said the end product is absolutely horrible. All of the spot the were lifted are all now cracked. And does not look good at all. And a few of the spots they were not able to get up to where they needed to be. Reinhard came by himself to take a look and blamed my concrete being poor quality. I do not believe this too be the case, but if so they should have stopped early on and have given me the option to stop the work. Now the only way to fix it properly is to chip it all out and pour new slabs. So pretty much all the money I paid went down the drain. No mention or warning of the cracking was made prior to the being done. I was given a very small discount after I complained. But not nearly enough to even cover the cost of the crack repairs. As well the fine print cost of the saw cuts were added afterwards. Overall very disappointed in the end product. Even if everyone was super friendy. And just so you all know I'm not full of it think I don't know what I'm taking about. I have 2 tickets under my belt, red seals one for framing and also spent 3 years as a brick layers apprentice. Thanks for your time
