Daniel and his team completed a rebuild of our chimney. It took him two days longer than he estimated because he wanted to do the job correctly. Our next door neighbor, a former brick mason, reviewed the work and said, “Nice job!” It takes a pro to recognize a pro. As for cleanup, you’d never know they had been here.
I was able to work with Daniel and his team from Medina Masonry. The work was done expeditiously and with great attention to detail. Daniel and his team were incredibly neat, ensuring that the work area was always clean and free of any mess. The work that they did was beautiful masonry work!We had a tight deadline to meet after the fireplace box was installed, but before new carpet installation, and Daniel and his team were very accommodating, fitting the work into our schedule. They arrived on time and made sure we were happy with the progress. They were willing to adjust any areas to accommodate the look that we were going for with this fireplace.Due to supply chain issues, the hearth was delayed. We paid Daniel in full when he completed the masonry work, but without the hearth installed. As soon as the hearth came in, Daniel and his team came back to install it after the carpet was already in place. They put down several tarps and drop cloths and were extremely careful and meticulous. The hearth was installed ensuring that it was perfectly level.Overall, I am very impressed with the quality of work and the professionalism of Daniel and his team. I have several masonry projects coming up and will be reaching out to Daniel in the future.
Recently had Dan and his crew redo my chimney. I was promised that the chimney would look brand new when finished and I am happy to say that that is exactly how it came out! The work was done right on schedule, the cleanup was phenomenal, and even though I was out of town when the work was completed, Dan sent me pictures as the project was going on, I also liked that. There was no money put down, he just requested we pay when finished. Dan obviously takes great pride in his work and I would highly recommend him for any stonework someone might need done.
Daniel Medina and his crew have completed multiple masonry jobs for me through a home renovation + addition, including stoning the front of my home, two fireplaces inside, and replacing brick on the back side of the house. Him and his crew are friendly, honest and trustworthy - traits that are unfortunately difficult to find these days. His prices are reasonable, he does great work, and he doesn’t ask for payment or money up front until the end of the job. I highly recommend Daniel Medina for any masonry job. I’m happy to have found his business - and gained a friend in the process of the great jobs he’s done on the house.
