Poor products. They ruined our driveway and now want $13-25,000.00 to fix it. They removed my last post. Not sure how but see the pictures attached. They sealed our driveway last year and the nice destroyed last winter. Stephen owners son reported many customers with this problem but instead of standing behind their work and supporting their veteran customers. They try to get more $. Great company. LOL. Now we have to find a way to fix our concrete since they ruined it. BEWARE!6/9 finally heard from Ogburn and of course they have no control over concrete and no warranty on sealing a persons concrete. We are aware clearly but when your product fails maybe stand behind your customer and don’t take advantage. We feel they over priced the fix just to get rid of us and by the post in their website which states they don’t think it’s a good idea to work with us anymore it seems like they achieved their goal. I hope we at least give a few decent people fair warning about this company. They claim to be veteran owned and to support veterans. However speaking as a veteran I think we have been played by someone who has learned what to say and how to get rid of their issues.
The team of Brian and Todd were exceptional! They listened to what I needed done and got right down to it, working so very hard. The result is just what I wanted. It was a pleasure to work with such a great team, friendly and professional.
We called Ogburn Construction this past October after seeing all the positive reviews about their concrete refinishing services, as we were looking to refinish our old concrete porches in getting our house ready for sale. Communication in scheduling the consultation was very good, and the Ogburn representative, Brian, arrived on time. He was friendly, knowledgeable and PATIENT - we asked him lots of questions - and never seemed in a rush. He also delivered the quotes for the products we were interested in when he said he would (we only had to wait until the next day). He also never tried pressuring us into a sale and seemed genuinely interested in understanding what we needed so as to help us find a best-fit solution for our particular situation. Although we ended up going for a less pretty upgrade that we did ourselves in order to save more money for other aspects of the move and so can't speak to anything other than the sales part of Ogburn's services, we highly recommend this company for its excellent customer service and communication in this experience.
Great service from beginning to end. The project was fairly priced and completed on time. Madero (spelling?) and his crew were totally professional and he and his main assistant were there everyday. Both deserve recognition. Can't wait for spring when we can landscape around the new driveway addition. Thanks Ogburn Concrete!

His quote, "Perfection is not attainable, but if we chase perfection, we can catch excellence". Well, Ogburn delivered Perfection for our residential sidewalk replacement. From start to finish, the communication, professionalism, details, and finally, the outcome could not have been better. Everyone associated with this company, the estimator, office staff, the owner, and finally the workers on site were an absolute delight. Thank you all for extraordinary or should I say, delivering the "WOW factor in my sidewalk replacement. I highly recommend this company for all you concrete repairs/replacement projects.
