Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience. The representative came quickly to assess the work. He then told me he would send me the quote soon, which he did. After receiving the quote, I found it competitive and accepted it. A few days later, I called to confirm he had received it. He said he could come on Friday of the same week. I was really happy! But he didn't come. I called him on Monday. He told me he had been busy with snow removal. I thought, okay, that's fine, these things happen. He said he should be back by the end of the week or something like that. In short, he didn't call me back and didn't answer the phone. It's been over a month since I've heard anything. I won't be doing business with him! It's a shame because I wasted a lot of time that I could have spent waiting for a more reliable contractor. The work needs to be done.

I don't know if they do good work... I haven't had the chance to find out since they never managed to schedule my work and always postponed it after I accepted their quote. ?? On the other hand, I give an A for their impressive presentation when it comes time to submit a quote ??!!! What a smooth talker.In response to your reply, Mr. Stéphane, I would like to clarify that you also accepted the contract verbally and that we had several conversations on Messenger where you mentioned, among other promises, that the work would be completed without fail before the end of June. So please disregard your assumption that I had imagined you would do the work. When you accept a contractor's quote and they tell you they'll put you on their schedule for the following week, it's understood that you don't hire another contractor and that you wait for the work to be completed by the first one the following week, unless otherwise instructed. If that's your philosophy, you're likely to find yourself often left high and dry with surprise cancellations.
