First time home buyer. I was referred to Western by my realtor to look at my crawl space. I had already gotten a scary quote from a different crawl space company and wanted to space out the work. Western came and suggested I use a company they work with to dig out the crawl space to a serviceable height. I did that and that company was great. Then I had Western back out to widen the crawl space entrance, add concrete to correct and exposed sewer line located in the crawl space entrance and add a door to secure my crawl space. They came on a very hot day and got all that done. They were a pleasure to work with the entire way through. Not a single problem. They cleaned up their worksite when they were done and were very communicative during the process. Now I can have any contractor, plumber, heating cooling tech etc out to my house and no more complaints about the crawl space entrance!
