To be clear, Tim did not do any work for me because his schedule was full and I needed the work done soon…but when I reached out he went to the effort of trying to help me find a solution and contact other acquaintances to see if he could find me help for my concrete as well as other parts of my project. He was under no obligation to do that but impressed me with his helpful attitude.
