FORMA Construction Inc.

We had an excellent experience with Forma Construction from start to finish. The project was completed on schedule and exactly within the agreed budget, with no surprises. Their team was professional, communicative, and a genuine pleasure to work with throughout the process. We also really appreciated how thoughtful and respectful they were of our neighbors, keeping the site clean and minimizing disruption. The quality of the work speaks for itself, and we would not hesitate to recommend Forma Construction to anyone looking for a reliable, considerate, and trustworthy contractor.

Working with Forma Construction has been an outstanding experience from start to finish. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to quality set them far apart from the contractors I have worked with in the past. Every phase of the project was handled with transparency, expertise, and genuine care, making the entire process smoother and more enjoyable than I ever expected. A special shoutout goes to Mario, who is truly exceptional at what he does. Mario is incredibly smart, caring, and solutions-oriented. Whenever challenges came up, he approached them with calm confidence and always found a way to make things work, often going above and beyond what was required. His communication was excellent, his follow-through was reliable, and his dedication to doing things the right way never wavered. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical skill with such genuine compassion for their clients, but Mario embodies both. He made us feel supported every step of the way, and the final result reflects his talent and commitment. If you’re looking for a construction company you can trust—and a project manager who will treat your project like his own—Forma Construction and Mario are the perfect choice. My house is gorgeous. Highly recommended!

We worked with Forma for two years and absolutley loved them! They had the tough task of working through the beginning of hte pandemic and still delivered us a beautiful home. Their billing system was so clear and easy to track and the company is very well organized! Could not recommend them enough!

I'm an interior designer and am currently working on a residential renovation with Forma as the General Contractor. I'm lucky to have worked with Forma and Victor, the founder, over the years for multiple projects. I know that the quality of their work is top notch, their communication is amazing and they are flexible and are able to pivot when the project changes direction. I rely on their expertise and they are great partners, which is absolutely essential in large, expensive, time-consuming high-end construction projects. Their employees are knowledgeable, professional and are really nice people to work with.

We recently collaborated with Victor and his team at FORMA on a remodel project in Wine Country. They were very proactive, responsive and willing to go the extra mile for our interior design clients. Highly recommend and look forward to working with FORMA again!

Forma Construction is the absolute best of the best. Incredible level of professionalism, ability to work within all kinds of mid to high end budgets, and deep connections with a wide variety of vendors for great pricing and materials selection. When I sold my house my real estate agent said that I would get a premium on the sale just by saying in the description that Forma performed an extensive remodel because it has such a strong reputation in San Francisco for doing extremely high-quality, durable work.
