Had Gio and his crew build a sloped concrete slab in my backyard as the foundation for a new deck. They did an excellent job and it was a pleasure working with Gio from getting the estimate to all the way thru the build.Would definitely recommend them for any concrete type work!
I had a 4 x 5‘ section of concrete sidewalk which needed to be replaced. They came and broke out the balance of the piece and replaced. They did an absolutely beautiful job they were here about half day roughly and the one guy stayed another hour and a half to make sure that the concrete set correctly and was perfectly smooth. The two gentlemen that came to do the job were very fine and very confident I would certainly recommend them again
I needed a 9 ft parkway strip filled with concrete. This particular strip is situated such that I back my travel trailer over it using our pickup to park it on our driveway. Giovanni responded quickly to my inquiry and came out the same day to spec the job. I was impressed by his thoroughness, and also his willingness to do such a small job. The price was good compared to other quotes, and a week later his crew came out to do the job. They completed it in one day, and the area was completely cleaned up before they left. The finished parkway strip looks great with its attention to detail, and definitely will handle being driven over for many years to come. Based on all this, I recommend Ultra Construction to anyone needing such services.
We needed sidewalk repair ASAP because the city (So S F) sent us a final Notice of Violation by certified mail. Notice of Violation said if work was not completed by deadline, the citation fees would easily exceed a few thousand dollars per hour until repair was completed.??I contacted Ultra Construction, and they came through for us from the moment we asked for an estimate!! Giovanni A. was a pleasure to work with; he gave a thorough explanation on the work that was required and confirmed details again with the city inspector before beginning work (to make sure we would not be hearing from the city again about this).The crew came on a Saturday morning and completed all work in half a day! I was so impressed with their professionalism.Highly recommend their services!!
Giovanni, Delfino, Julian, and the rest of their dedicated crew (including the cement truck operator) did a thorough, highly organized job at replacing and enlarging a concrete driveway and walkway at our home. Giovanni was very professional in estimating the work, going over the contract, and then arriving with the crew to demo and pour it. I am into professional, small details, and the vehicles they utilized all matched and were clean and modern. They even wore uniforms. They were not the least expensive of the bids, but were by far the most professional. Made us feel like we made the right choice which is important with jobs of this magnitude. We used a dark black graphite color for the concrete and as it cures it changes colors and can look a little weird, but I'm sure it will look perfect when done curing. They are also hired to seal it when it does cure. Highly recommended.
