This crew was subbed out by the concrete company we are using for our driveway. They are very unprofessional and leave a mess. When we asked them if they would clean up the concrete they are currently cleaning in the yard, they said "No, that's not my problem, Im a subcontractor and I don't have to do that." I let them know that I would be calling the office and he said "My dad owns the company, so good luck with that." The most rude person we have ever had on our property to do work. I would not recommend this company to anyone. A kid who says you can call my dad after leaving a mess behind is a very low bar to set for customer appreciation.Update: I spoke with the owner and he did have one of the guys come and apologize, not the son just one of the guys who was onsite. He said they would clean up but they did not take everything. I am adding a picture of an entire pickup truck of concrete that we had to remove at 6pm last night from a county jobsite where they dumped it while cleaning. I even offered the owner to remove the review if they did a good job, still they chose to leave behind over 1000lbs of concrete just outside our yard on a county road project.
Absolutely cleanest pump company I have ever used, pump operators were phenomenal and everything was done right and efficiently. For sure will be using in the future. Top notch pumping outfit.
I’ve personally never hired Baker Brothers for concrete, but tonight I was in desperate need of help trying to fix my parents porch, I saw Colby and Noah walking down the street and asked them if they wouldn’t mind helping me move a huge sheet of plywood, not only did they move it, but what I had been struggling to build by myself all day, they did in about 15 minutes, I didn’t even ask them too, they probably just saw someone in need and knew they could build what I needed so easily and it was perfect. Colby said he was 22, if that’s not an example of work ethic and a kind human along with a killer skill set I don’t know what is. He even took the time to teach me how to cut a 45° on my Saw. My family and I could not be more thankful for them. If I have a concrete need in the future they're at the top of the list! THANK YOU!
Baker is top notch, on time, every driver I’ve had has been awesome. Laser screeds, boom pumps, line pumps, they do it all well.Their best driver, Nate, has shined every time.
Terrible! They give you a price over the phone for concrete pumping and after they charge your card almost double the price, they have many hidden fees. Not honest and not clear when they give a quote. Be aware!
