I've worked in property management for over 25 years. I've dealt with a lot of contractors during those years. I've seen the good, the bad and the ugly. Mendoza Masonry is the kind of contractor I only come across once in a couple years if I'm lucky. Ulisses is an outstanding professional. He is extremely pleasant to work with and does phenomenal work. You can immediately tell he takes great pride in his work. He naturally does things to perfection because it's just his nature.I have a beautiful Italian brick wall that needed to be cut to exact specifications for an intercom. It was a challenging job because there was no room for error and no do-overs if something went wrong. Ulisses and his guys took on the job like it was a walk in the park and nailed it perfectly. I will be the first to admit I am not easy to please and if something wasn't done perfectly it would have driven me nuts but I couldn't be more pleased. Mendoza Masonry did an excellent job of repairing a block wall that had some movement in it. Price was reasonable, the issues were explained thoroughly and the crew performed the work in a timely manner. Would recommend using them for bock wall issues.
Ulisses showed up in person to generate a quote for our residential brick veneer job. He was respectful and considerate of all of my requirements, requests, and questions both prior to quote and during the job. His team showed up on time on the agreed upon date and worked with me to make sure that all details were to my satisfaction. We will continue to consider Mendoza Masonry for future jobs at our home and would recommend that others do the same.
