I got my driveway and a new front walkway paved and from the initial planning and design stages to the final clearing stage, Juan, Miguel, and their team were a breeze to work with. Santa Barbara Quality Masonry provided absolutely top-notch service and quality. Juan was responsive to all of my requests, actively involved in meeting with workers and contractors throughout, and creative in his solutions to unexpected problems that arose. He was flexible on timing as I needed to adjust plans for the construction of my backyard (to include new items such as electrical and irrigation), as well as understanding when I needed to delay a progress payment. The backyard is now complete, with a beautiful custom built pergola, unique sitting area design, and gorgeous five-point stone retaining wall with pathway lighting. It is everything I envisioned, and Juan made it possible.
