Recent customer feedback highlights consistent communication, clear guidance on material choices, and careful workmanship. Reviewers mention tidy job sites, fair pricing discussions, and projects finished to plan. Several note smooth coordination from consultation to final walkthrough.

I had my kitchen remodeled by Golden Ridge and couldn't be happier with the results. From the first consultation to the final walkthrough, the team was professional, communicative, and genuinely invested in getting the project done right. Special shoutout to MC, who patiently walked me through every question and concern during the onboarding process.

The transformation was incredible. They helped me rethink the layout to maximize space, modernize the finishes, and the craftsmanship was top-notch. Every detail — from the cabinetry to the countertops to the trim work — was done with real care and precision.

One thing I really appreciated is that this is a family-operated business, and it shows. You're not just another job to them — they treat your home like it's their own. They stayed on schedule, kept the work area clean every day, and were always reachable when I had questions. Honestly, the communication alone put them miles ahead of other contractors I've worked with.

If you're thinking about a kitchen remodel, bathroom update, or any home project, I'd highly recommend reaching out to them. Golden Ridge is the real deal — trustworthy, skilled, and they actually deliver on what they promise. I'll definitely be calling them again for future projects.

Hired Tim a few years back for our kitchen and bathroom remodel. Budget was tight and I was honestly nervous, but he was patient and helped us pick materials that looked way more expensive than they actually were. Clean work, respectful of our home, and everything still looks great today — no issues at all. So happy he's starting his own company. Will definitely hire him again for our next project.

Tim has done a great service for us over the years. He has fixed and improved our house in many ways, and all with great craftsmanship. He recently renovated our bathroom, with a new mirror, shower, and coat of paint. I hope to continue use Golden Ridge Construction’s services in the future.

We have consistently used Tim's service for many years. He and his team always handle construction work very well — whether it's an outdoor stair addition, a wooden deck, or indoor renovation. They are easy to communicate with and always offer a fair price.

We needed to renovate our old home before selling. Budget was tight but we still wanted it to look nice. Tim and MC really understood what we needed. She helped us choose the right upgrades without overspending. The team was fast, the foreman was always on site, and someone always picked up when we had questions. The house looked so much better after. Very happy with the result. Would recommend to anyone trying to sell their home!

Frequently Asked Questions

Common finishes include broom, light broom, and steel trowel for a smoother surface. Borders or bands can be added for visual interest, and pavers may be incorporated for accents. During planning, the crew discusses slip resistance and maintenance. Options are matched to the space and budget.

Most residential flatwork takes a few days from demo to pour, plus curing time before regular use. Timelines vary with size, access, and weather. The schedule is outlined before work begins and updated if conditions change. You’ll receive guidance on when it’s safe for foot and vehicle traffic.

Permit needs depend on the scope and local rules. The team will discuss whether a permit is advisable and what documents may be required. If permitting is needed, they can help outline next steps. Homeowners are informed of any lead times that could affect scheduling.

Spot repairs are possible, but color and texture matching can vary between old and new concrete. The crew will assess the slab condition, cracking patterns, and drainage before suggesting a partial or full replacement. Recommendations balance appearance, longevity, and cost. A written scope will explain the trade-offs.

Cost is influenced by size, thickness, base preparation, access, and finish type. Extras like drainage improvements, reinforcement, and haul-away volumes can also affect pricing. You’ll receive an itemized proposal so choices are clear. Any changes are discussed before work proceeds.
