Rain had etched the entrance to our garage in less than 4 years. L&I concrete installed a drain system to solve the problem. Over a year ago, L&I was the concrete subcontractor on our patio addition. It was a great addition to our backyard
The owner was prompt in providing coming by to provide an estimate and then completed the work within the time he quoted.During the first meeting, he asked many questions to make sure he understood my vision and he also brought to my attention possible drainage issues and how to address them best.The crew left the site neat at the end of each day and were polite.I was pleased with the communication and the ease of a quick response to texts through the process.I feel the price they charged was reasonable and the quality was great.
Irving and his team did a fantastic job on our project! He was very responsive and professional throughout the entire experience. Irving addressed all of our questions and concerns in a timely manner. Our patio is beautiful and of very high quality. We will continue to work with this company for our driveway extension and exterior, entryway stairs. We highly recommend L&I Stamped Concrete.
Irving and his crew were amazing, kind, and experts at what they do. His communication and time line were on point. I have never dealt with a contractor who does exactly what he says and exceeded my expectations. He is a true artist and I enjoyed having him and his crew. I will actually miss them. These pics are before the staining and sealing. But how beautiful it is!!!!
