This was our first time replacing a water heater and it went quite smoothly. They were on top of communicating next steps and scheduling us. The job took a bit longer than expected and they continued with completing the job as planned. We appreciated that they were very tidy, took all supplies back with them.

Terrible experience. The technician showed up without basic tools and couldn’t diagnose my heating issue—I had to explain the recurring problem myself. A plumbing leak took over a month to “fix,” and the drywall repair was sloppy. After showering, my bathroom flooded due to their poor work. When I called to report the urgent leak, the technician was rude, blamed me, and hung up. They refused to come back promptly and showed zero urgency or professionalism. Poor workmanship, awful customer service, and dismissive attitude make this company unacceptable. I cannot recommend them.

I’m relieved that my shower—located right above my kitchen—leaks over the sink and not the stove. The technician arrived on time and assessed the situation thoroughly. I explained what I needed, and Steve kindly assured me they could take care of it. I wanted the problem handled once and for all, and he delivered. When I showed him my kitchen ceiling and another project involving the chimney wall, he offered helpful advice and asked whether I felt comfortable doing it myself. If not, he and his crew were ready to take it on. I also have a future basement project, and I will definitely trust him with that as well. A fantastic contracting company, highly reputable, with excellent speed and a high level of skill and experience. They completed my basement renovation, including all the walls, and the stucco work was superb. The price was very reasonable; you'll rarely find such excellent work at an unbelievable cost.
