This was our first time replacing a water heater and it went quite smoothly.They were on top of communicating next steps and scheduling us. The job took a bit longer than expected and they continued with completing the job as planned. We appreciated that they were very tidy, took all supplies back with them.
Terrible experience. The technician showed up without basic tools and couldn’t diagnose my heating issue—I had to explain the recurring problem myself. A plumbing leak took over a month to “fix,” and the drywall repair was sloppy. After showering, my bathroom flooded due to their poor work.When I called to report the urgent leak, the technician was rude, blamed me, and hung up. They refused to come back promptly and showed zero urgency or professionalism.Poor workmanship, awful customer service, and dismissive attitude make this company unacceptable. I cannot recommend them.

They arrived fast, shut off the water, and took control of the situation right away. They explained what happened, repaired the pipe efficiently, and made sure everything was safe before leaving.
