We used Ryse for a faucet repair and some painting. David did an excellent job! He was professional, punctual and polite and communicated regularly with me about a part he had to find. He accommodated our busy schedule. We were very happy with the quality of work and will definitely be calling them again.
I had this company do a variety of jobs all at once. While all of the workers and the “ foremen” were all very attentive and friendly, they worked vigilantly to complete the orders.One job though, that was discussed with the “foreman or job salesman “ which was window installation, i was unhappy with. Both of my windows in my master bedroom were making awful spring noise. I told them, and they tried to adjust springs. While still making some noise, I was told by the foreman that he would be in touch with Lowe’s where he bought the windows so that they would either come and check the windows or he would come back out and check the windows in two weeks and see if they were still making noise. He has not returned. I did text him a week and a half ago and he told me that he was staying in touch with the lady at Lowe’s and that he would contact me by Thursday that week. It was Monday when I talked to him last week. Once again, I have not heard from him. When you pay upwards of $7000 for a job, you do expect to be happy. I’m feeling like I’m going to be left with these noisy windows. The total cost I paid this company for all of the work I had them do was $30,000 plus I should be happy with everything taken care of..
Outstanding service! Cant say enough great things about Eric and David at Ryse Construction and Handyman. Eric took the time to explain everything to my aging parents and gave them a very fair quote. David truly is a perfectionist. He made sure to clean up as he worked and didn’t complete the door install until it was perfect. We will definitely be calling them again if ever we need home repairs.
I was very impressed with how responsive Ryse Construction was when I needed a carpenter to repair a closet shelf and clothes rod that got pulled out of the wall due to overloading. Eric dispatched one of his carpenters, Carlos, within 24 hours to perform the repair work. Carlos was efficient, friendly and did an amazing job. In addition, I felt that the price was very reasonable. I will definitely employ Ryse for any future carpentry work.
Ryse just completed repairs to our fascia boards on our 2nd story. They were out here day after requesting repairs with quote on same day work started the following morning. 2 days later work was completed they did great job! They also have very reasonable pricing. I already hired them for another project. You won't be sorry give them a try.
