Glenn Biagi has my highest recommendation to anyone in need of masonry and concrete work. My old brick home needed extensive repointing on a tight deadline to satisfy my homeowners insurance. Glenn Biagi was one of the few local masons who returned my call, and THE ONLY willing to tackle the large project near the end of the season. He and his team completed the project on time and did outstanding work! Even the cleanup was meticulous. He is someone you can trust to get the job done, and done right!

Glenn and his crew were top notch professionals from the estimate through project execution and clean up. Glenn followed up with us in a timely manner whenever we had questions. There are some folks who are skilled in their trade but lack communication and customer service abilities. Not an issue with Biagi Construction. Glenn helped us with suggestions on our layout and materials as well.Glenn and his crew were incredibly efficient on our project and in spite of some bad weather.Have you ever had a contractor do a nice job but leave your house or yard a mess? Glenn was very professional and thorough during the construction of our paver patio and outdoor fireplace this summer. He was recommended to me by a friend and we have given his name to other friends as well.
In April of 2020 I met Glenn to give me an estimate for a porch renovation. Estimate was given but no contract. He stated I was on the board for September . In august I reached out many times for an update of start of the project to no avail. Never returned phone calls or texts. Finally into the second week of September he stated that he was starting last week of September and that my estimate was no longer valid and prices went up. Ok that fine, prices of everything went up. I also asked if the finishing of the concrete went up and if it was his final price to include everything. He said no look at your estimate, the finishing was not included. I stated from the beginning that I wanted the finishing done and I never received that separate estimate. I said I need that price tonight. He gave it to me and I simply stated none of this confusion would happen if you actually returned my phone calls and answer my questions. I was upset because of the lack of communication. Next day he sends me an email saying that if I simply read my estimates there would be no confusion. I’m not a mason, so obviously I’m going to have questions before I hand over almost 11k for repairs. He said due to my rudeness and I left a bad taste in his mouth he was not going to do my job. So now I have No one for the job and sets me back another year for this project. I had an landscaper on standby to finish after he was done. Very upset with his professionalism and lack of communication. Stay far away from this guy or if you want to hire him he runs the show and you need to hug him the whole time. I have every email and text saved to prove my story. Highly recommend not doing business with him.
