Polished concrete in our home in NYC.When SPR Waterproofing left our place after 3 days of work, we were really happy with the work done. We gave them the full payment (more expensive than expected) even though a product had been applied to fill some cracks, and needed to be cleaned after a few days.Then things turned really bad. First they never send the cleaner they were supposed to send. They never send the finale invoice neither. After chasing them for months, they finally came, tried something, but because the huge marks on the floor were impossible to remove, they simply disappeared and even blocked our phone number!At the end, we paid a significant amount of money for a very poor result as we have major stains everywhere, plus it was so annoying to have to chase them for weeks and weeks and weeks...
After having our basement finished by another contractor, and after a heavy rain, it began to have seepage. After calling SPR Waterproofing, the owner came to our home the next business day, gave us a very detail proposal that night and started work the next week. The job took him and his crew two days and they spent two more days making sure our yard and property looked just like it was before. He also recommended some other fixes, but did not come off as a annoying salesman. It was a very good experience, considering our new basement was taking in water.
SPR was very efficient, dependable and quick to complete several jobs which included: insulating in a very difficult crawl space and water proofing Two basements. SPR KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING . We thank them for there professional guidance and would definitely use there services again. Highly recommended
SPR was great. It's rare to find a contractor these days who communicates well and follows through on their commitments. SPR did exactly that. I've worked with them not only on this repair but on other projects as well and they have always returned phone calls/texts and arrived at the appointed time.That said, the repair was well explained prior to the work being performed and they provided an explanation of the root cause of the problem. Again, it's hard to find a good contractor and I highly recommend SPR for their abilities and professionalism.
