ZERO STARSWater infiltration through chimney grout. Repair request in early July; Mr. Carignan rescheduled the appointment several times. In mid-July, he agreed to do the work. In August, the work was postponed twice. By the end of August, he had never shown up and ignored my texts and phone calls. In mid-September, I sent him a photo of my warped floor. He didn't care. Complete radio silence. I wasted months waiting for him, and now other companies are booked. I'm speechless, just filled with despair.
