Prompt and professional and nice. Job done on time!
Disappointed with Quality and ExecutionI hired Sailo Concrete to remove and rebuild my backyard patio. The original patio was level with my lawn, but the new one they installed now sits 4+ inches above ground, creating an awkward drop that was not discussed or approved. This design flaw not only looks and feels wrong — it’s also a potential tripping hazard.Worse, the new concrete was poured directly against the house siding, with no visible clearance, flashing, or sealant. The previous patio did not touch the siding, and now I’m left worried about water intrusion and long-term damage to my home. When I realized the issues, it was too late — the work was complete, and I now face the costly decision of either tearing it out or trying to modify it. This was an $8,500 project, and I expected professional standards and communication.I’ll be sharing photos and pursuing a formal complaint with L&I and potentially legal action. I’m sharing this review to help other homeowners make informed decisions before hiring.
We recently had Sailo Concrete install a new concrete for us, and we're pleased with the results. The work was done well. We're enjoying our new concrete and would recommend Sailo Concrete for their reliable service.
Came out on a weekend to give an estimate. Started the work a day after I signed the contract. Finished the work within 4 days. The finished driveway looks great.
