I don't know how anybody could have a bad experience with these guys, it was such a simple process.The price was phenomenal.Limestone was of an excellent quality.The process was streamlined, I was in and out in just under a half hour.The excellent service and quality of product was worth the $68 spent for two tons of fine gravel loaded up and back on the road without any hiccups..... I felt the value in this Deal.Hope the company is here for a long time to come I will be a loyal customer.
I picked up some lime stone and one of the trailer boards broke on the way home, it was a mess! I called Pontchartrain Materials for advise, and they provided some much needed expertise on the situation. The gentleman even called back at the end of the day to make sure everything went okay! Outstanding company with outstanding employees. I highly recommend this place!
I just recently got mason sand from this company. I received the sand on the exact day I called, I can’t remember names but the guy I talked to stayed in touch with me the whole day til I got my sand. He called and updated each time. The sand was super high quality too and I immensely regret not going with this company first. The first guy I went through was Ed Tillison and got the run around for 3 days and then finally got delivered the wrong sand. Super pleased with the sand and the quality of business I received from ponchartrain materials.
