Great company wonderful crew
I was driving down a road under construction and cement from the construction site hit my car. I stopped talked to a really nice foreman and was given the name and number of who to contact. Giulia was my contact and I can’t say enough about her promptness, professionalism and pleasant nature. They sent the claim to their insurance company but she still contacted me several times to check on the progress and follow up. I can’t say enough about her and they way I was treated…. I live right on 8 mile west of Kelly where you are replacing concrete,replacing curbs and more..I just want to say"What professionals yu have workingout here"
I was awakened at 6 am to the screeching sound of concrete sidewalks being cut. Apparently Cipparine, a cement contractor doesn't instruct their employees to abide by municipal noise ordinances. When I approached Tito the "boss" on the site asking why they were ignoring noise ordinances, he seemed to think it was funny.My father did a lot of concrete work which I helped with often through the years. From my experience, and reviewing the work of Titos crew; I saw shoddy work, should last a couple winters before it will crack and need repair or replacement.
Thank you for addressing my concern, and moving the construction signs that were blocking the sidewalks!
