I had three slabs poured to attache solar panels frames and two aprons to garage doors to my shop.Sam the Concreteman’s crew was very respectful and listen and addressed my concerns. The slabs are good. I did ask for expansion joints that did not get added. Not sure what that means for the future.If I would work with Sam the Concrete Man in the future, after the bid process, I would ask if I could start communicated with the job foreman, as there was some confusion at the beginning of the job why they were there and what needed to be done. But it all worked out just fine.I think I got my money's worth, and would use them again.Stephen
I am so happy with my beautiful driveway and front step! No more cracks and spaudling! Now the driveway and front step are sloped properly to the street, reinforced with rebar and sealed. A great investment in my home's value. Nathan, Jamal and the whole team were so friendly, professional and easy to work with. These guys are great! Awesome crew, fast scheduling, and professional work. Also nice that they offer a variety of services from smaller pad pours to walkways or larger foundations.We had them install an 8’ x 19’ patio extension as well as a 3x6’ trash pad. They blended the patio extension in flawlessly with the preexisting porch area seamlessly.After the initial quote they were able to schedule instal within that week and finished within a day. Definitely recommend!
So flipping happy!!! Brent came out on time and very professional. Showed him what I wanted and gave him a time frame. I had a quote right then and there. Called other contractors for quotes, Brent’s was under by quite a lot. The reason… Brent hires working men. Everyone wanted to quote using a pump truck. Brent showed up with his Forman on the first day, we went over the project again together. Mike, the Forman worked so hard all day, never saw the man sit down or take a break lol. The next day my project was complete. It’s seriously better than I even imagined. Brent checked in with me while project was going on to make sure I was pleased. I could keep going.. the short story is Brent delivers… trust him with your project. You will be pleased.
We wanted to upgrade from our Flagstone patio to a larger, Exposed Aggregate patio. The bid process was very easy with the short video submittal followed by a meeting with Brent. Jamal and Mike came to work their magic and we now have a patio that exceeds our expectations.The whole process was quick and easy from project bid to sipping wine!The before and after pics speak for themselves.
