Rob and his team did a great job! Rob came out same day to do an inspection and got my quote within 24 hours & quoted me a very reasonable estimate. He was great about communicating any changes and provided plenty of updates. I always appreciate an owner passionate about what they do and the quality of their work. Happy to recommend him & his team to anyone needing their services!
Rob was prompt with his quote and it was extremely competitive. His team worked efficiently and he provided status updates as needed. I'm pleased I hired Coleman Masonry rather than attempting this project myself.
I highly recommend Robbie. He fixed my front porch brick pillars. He had to take them completely apart and he some of them were broken apart so her pieced them back and then he recommended to stucco them, it looks fantastic. But he did not charge me enough - I had to make him take more money. I have recommended him to a couple of friends and they were very impressed with the quality of his work and how reasonably priced
UPDATE Oct 2023: I started to have foundation issues in the corner of the house Rob had worked on. I discovered the downspout we have hooked into ground drainage was backed up, causing water to block up into the pipe, and sitting in the ground against our foundation. After opening the ground drainage, the downspot Rob's team had disconnected (to fix the column) was filled with broken mortar pieces, huge chunks of brick, etc.) Really disappointed that something as basic as a rag wasn't stuffed into this open hole when the gutter detached, and that we now have big foundation problems from their carelessness.Rob was very kind and respectful, but the work was pretty sub-par. He worked well with us throughout weather and timing constraints, none of which I blame him for. We had a porch column that needed repaired due to ground sinkage. Our project grew in scope and he rolled with it well. However, the finished product was so incredibly disappointing. In the end, he had someone come out to repair it, and the column was torn down entirely and rebuilt, which only indicates how poorly the original work was done. Disappointingly, the column still has lean to it, still looks a bit shoddy, and the last step (which we repeatedly had to contact both Rob and his replacement on) was finished with non-matching mortar, so the column really just looks bad now. Lastly, the final step of the project was acid-wash cleaning, which hasn't been completed, 5 months after the project was finished. We'll likely have to learn how to do it, and purchase the supplies to do it, which we already paid for through Rob. Again, Rob was pleasant and well-mannered, but the workmanship simply was incredibly low quality.
Rob just finished up some work on my home & he did a phenomenal job! Not only is he highly skilled, but he was super courteous as well. My husband and I won’t hesitate to give Coleman Construction a call the next time we have a home project we need to tackle. Thanks again!
