Reached out to this company at the beginning of this month and gave the guy the drawings. The guy kept telling me he needed me to wait. I messaged three times over the span of two weeks and the guy ignored my messages. Finally, I messaged him again being persistent because the winter is coming and told him that I was going to do some screw piles then he told me after ignoring my messages, that he can do screw piles too. I sent him an updated engineer drawing. Then the message I get this morning is I’m gonna step away from this job, You’ve changed your drawings too many times and I’m not gonna be to blame for anything happening and etc. His character was very off putting and kind of came out of nowhere. The drawing was updated. It wasn’t changed and it actually brought more business to him since he said he could do screw piles. Not too sure if this guy just woke up on the wrong side of the bed, but then he decides to start belittling me and my personal business through text messages, then proceeded to tell me I was harassing him by replying to his rude message. I’m not too sure if this is actually a professional business, but I think that he should conduct himself in a more professional way, especially since he’s in the construction industry and drawings and engineered plans change all the time. Taking your anger out on A customer is never the thing. Making fun of them is certainly something you shouldn’t do either. Good luck with your Construction business.

We had a great experience with Fullcrete Construction! They poured our new driveway & a retaining wall in our backyard and it looks awesome! They offer competitive pricing, and Steve was great to work with. He communicated with us regularly throughout the project and always checked in with us before moving on to the next step. Highly recommend and nice to be able to support a local company.

Steve has a dedicated team. They have a lot of experience especially pouring for heated floors. I am very impressed with their skills and work. I will recommend them to everyone.

Great experience, great quality, very very fair and competitive pricing.
Steve (owner) is responsive and quick, he is straight forward and honest and arrives when expected.

His crew was kind and hard working, they did a great job on our patio expansion project. They tied in the rebar to the existing slab and finished to match as well!

I would recommend them for any concrete work you have, residential or commercial!

Thanks again Steve & Crew!
